Since 1999 the human group has always been fundamental to make the restaurant and the cuisine that we can enjoy in the present. Along the years many professionals and employees have come and gone, becoming friends.
And with the coming of Sophie and Petite Charlotte, a family has also grown and helped to achieve happiness.
The complicity of some, the knowledge of others, the perseverance of many and the nice boldness of a few have been the most important contribution of all who have participated in our family and helped us improve day by day.
